About BCM Industrial Park

If you’re from Northern Illinois, you might know us as Sycamore Industrial park. The Industrial park is located just a few blocks from historic downtown Sycamore on California Street. The park had been somewhat neglected until it was purchased by BCM Industrial in June of 2021. In a short time, we have repaved the enormous parking lot, replaced numerous roofs, sandblasted the interiors of several buildings to restore the beautiful brick structures, and painted several interiors amongst other things. This park is in a premier location in Sycamore and the community deserves to see it renovated and used to its full potential; and that is what we intend to do.

BCM Industrial Park is centrally located one hour west of Chicago, IL. The Park’s premier location allows for congestion-free travel and a lower cost of doing business. BCM is located at 421 North California Street in Sycamore, IL. The Class B Industrial building was completed in 1940.
